The door from the courtyard opens into the kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, hob and fan-assisted oven. The downstairs is open-plan, so the kitchen leads into the sitting room which is beamed with a wood-burning stove, TV and video, CD player and access to the lawned gardens. Stairs lead up to the 2 bedrooms, one double with magnificent views of Padstow and the Camel Trail, and one with twin beds. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and chests of drawers. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and heated towel rail. There is night storage heating throughout with a wood-burning stove and extra electric fires. All electricity and water charges are included.  All bed linen is provided, please bring your own towels.
