1 A deposit of £50 is payable to confirm the booking and will be returned not more than 7 days after the conclusion of your holiday. This is non-refundable in the case of cancellation and acts as a safeguard against breakages during your stay. 2 The full rental must be paid on or before 4 weeks of the commencement of the holiday. No refund will be made for cancellations after that date. 3 Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday unless previously agreed. 4 Arrival time is 4 pm to allow the caretaker to prepare the cottage. Vacation is by 10 am on the day of departure. 5 The cottage must be left clean and tidy and any excess damage will be deducted from the deposit. 6 There is strictly no smoking in the cottage. 7 One well behaved dog is allowed if requested on this booking form for an additional £10 per week. The dog must not be left unattended in the cottage and must not be allowed on the beds or furniture. 8 All electricity, water, night storage heating and bed linen is included in the price.
