Situated in the small quiet hamlet of the sought after area of Burlawn, approximately 1 mile from Wadebridge town centre. Wadebridge offers an excellent range of restaurants, cafes and individual shops. Burlawn is within walking distance of many different trails in Hustyns woods, which in turn leads you to the Camel trail to Padstow, to the famous rick Stein’s restaurant. Alternatively the trendy surf spots of Polzeath and sailing village of Rock are only a 20 minutes drive away.
