Set in the centre of Cornwall's rural heartland, this beautifully built timber lodge offers stunning scenery and is within easy reach of many of the county's facilities and attractions.

Within 10 miles you will find the Eden Project, many fantastic beaches with golden sand and some of Britain's best surf, the nightlife, extreme sports and shopping of Newquay, Rick Stein's restaurants in picturesque Padstow, several Golf courses, paintball, and a motor racing track to name a few.

Beautiful coastal and heathland walks and cycle routes abound ranging from the very sedate and level paths through leafy valleys to places that will get the adenaline going and heart pumping! The rugged Cornish coastline and rolling countryside make it one of the most beautiful places in the world. Ancient standing stones, monuments and villages are a reminder of the long history of civilisation in an extremely historic county.

Family attractions such as Cornwall's Crealy Adventure Park, Newquay Sealife Centre, The American Theme Park and many others are very close, but if you travel a little further afield you have Flambard's Theme Park, the Tate Gallery in the olde worlde fishing village of St Ives, Falmouth's Maritime Museum, many National Trust properties and famous gardens, Cornish tin mines with underground tours and much more.

Whatever the weather, you will never be short of something to do in this varied and historic county.

The grounds are open plan and will initially be laid to grass leading down to the lake. Parking space accommodates two cars.

Our website contains a gallery of photographs showing the flavour of the lodge and site. Our changes are intended to reflect the current incomplete state of the development as a whole, though the lodge itself id beautifully finished to luxurious standards.

We are just of the B3274, near Winnard's Perch roundabout. Follow signs to American Theme Park.

Located just off the A30 and A39 trunk roads and within 10 miles of Newquay Airport, we are easy to find.

Travelling from Wadebridge
At the Winnards Perch roundabout at the junction of the A390 and B3274, turn left onto the B3274. After approximately 1/4 ml take the left turn signposted Spirit of the West theme Park follow the signs for Retallack 365 take the left fork after 300 yards and turn left into the entrance to Retallack 365 and up the slope. Follow the road round and along the top until you arrive at Bethemek on the right hand side of the road.

Travelling from Exeter A30
From Victoria follow A30 and turn right onto B3274 and follow road until you see right turn signposted Spirit of the West theme Park follow the signs for Retallack 365 take the left fork after 300 yards and turn left into the entrance to Retallack 365 and up the slope. Follow the road round and along the top until you arrive at Bethemek on the right hand side of the road.
