Little Cobbetts, originally
forming part of the stables and barns of a Victorian
house is a lovely semi-detached cottage tastefully converted
into a delightful holiday home of quality and style
with everything designed to make your holiday accommodation
care-free. It s the ideal hideaway and perfect retreat
tucked away on the edge of the moor yet within ten minutes
easy walk of the local town with its banks, restaurants,
pubs and riverside park and ten minutes drive to the
spectacular scenery of the rugged North Cornwall Coast.

Ground floor: Entrance hall with cloakroom and WC. leading
into living space, open plan lounge /diner with kitchen
at the far end. First floor: Bedroom 1 with double bed
and TV. Bedroom 2 with bunk beds (top 3ft and lower
4ft). Bathroom with corner bath, shower attachment,
WC and washbasin.
Facilities: Electric Cooker,
Microwave, Refrigerator, Automatic Washing Machine/Tumble
Dryer, Dishwasher, Highchair, Cot, LCD Sky TV, DVD,

Electricity and Heating inclusive. Heating Supplement
£20 per week low season (15.09.07 - mid May 2008). Duvets
