All the
cottages are double glazed and easily heated, making them ideal
for out-of-season holidays. The fully fitted kitchens include
a microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer. Each
has a colour TV, DVD player, video, Hi-Fi and hairdryer. Free
wireless broadband available in all our cottages. Bed-linen and
towels are provided, cots, highchairs and babysitting are available
by arrangement. Ample parking adjoins the cottages with storage
available for bicycles. Polgooth village shops and the popular
Polgooth Inn are just half a mile down the road.
Tregongeeves
is surrounded by Cornwall's most noted beauty spots. Mevagissey with its beautiful
picture postcard harbour is only five miles away. St Austell Bay, a short drive
away offers an expanse of beach to bathe, cliff tops to walk and explore. Many
picturesque gardens nearby include Lanhydrock with its stately house and the justly
famous Lost Gardens of Heligan. A few miles on takes you to the Atlantic coast
famous for its surf and large sandy beaches. Cycling the off road trails in Pentewan
Valley and along the river Camel is a firm favourite. St Austell 18 hole golf
course and driving range adjoins Tregongeeves with two further courses only five
minutes away. Coarse, fly and sea angling can be pursued all within the St Austell
