Sleeps 10 - 12 in 2 doubles (one of which
is ensuite, the other has a 6 x 6.6ft bed),
3 twins (one with 2 extra single beds if
required), and 3 bathrooms (large family
bathroom, 1 ensuite, + wetroom shower, wc
and additional downstairs cloakroom with
wc) Large patio with french doors from breakfast
room, teak patio furniture and Gas BBQ.
Sky, Wireless Broadband internet access,
iPod doc, stereo, DVD, 42 inch Plasma TV.
All linen, bath towels and changeover cleaning
are included in the weekly rate. |

three twin bedrooms, one double (5ft bed)
with ensuite bathroom, one double with 6
x 6.6ft bed. One bathroom with shower, loo
and wash basin. |

the washing machine and tumble dryer. |
| The kitchen
has an American fridge/freezer, large halogen
hob, two ovens, dishwasher and large sink.
Granite worktops, masses of storage and
underfloor heating. |
