Tue Brook Cottage With its large sun lounge overlooking Mount's Bay, many of our guests "live" their holiday in the sun lounge. Have your breakfast looking out to sea, then ease yourself into one of our comfy chairs and let the world go by!
Three bedrooms, one double and two twin, one with ensuite facilities, give lots of room and privacy, the kitchen/dining room has an electric cooker and ceramic hob, fridge with a small freezer section, microwave and of course kettle, toaster and a range of saucepans etc.
The sitting room has plenty of comfortable seating, a colour TV, electric fire as well as wall heaters.

Perranuthnoe village with St Michael's Mount and Penzance beyond

The little village of Perranuthnoe is an easy 10 minute walk away and has a lovely beach. It also has a lovely pub!
Footpaths abound, and the famous coastal path forms part of the farm boundary. We have a number of maps and walks books in each property for your use, as well as lots of "Things to do "brochures.
