KERIKERI AND TAIRUA COTTAGES
Both cottages are barn conversions here on Trebarvah Farm
	KERIKERI
	Formerly a small storage barn, now tastefully converted to give accommodation for four people. Looking over one of the grass fields of the farm and out to Mount's Bay, it has the peace of the countryside combined with the ever changing mood and colour of the sea to delight you.
The living area, with it's open beam ceiling and kitchen area looking out over "The Bottom Yard", and the stable door which leads out to it, give lots of room to spread out.
	Electric cooker with a ceramic hob, as well as a microwave, under worktop fridge with a small freezer compartment and the usual kitchen utensils will cope with all eating at home. There are easy chairs and a sofa which converts into a double bed, colour TV, convector heaters, a shower room and toilet, and a bedroom with twin beds.

TAIRUA
	This was once the calf rearing house, back in the days when all farmers with milking herds reared their own replacement stock. Now converted to offer two bedroomed accommodation for four people/Twin, Double, it also has its view of the sea and a patio on which to sit to enjoy it.

A natural slate floor compliments the kitchen area, which is similarly equipped to Kerikeri Cottage and the main living room has an open beamed ceiling. The bathroom has a curtained shower area, toilet and wash hand basin. Convector heaters and a colour TV are also installed.
	A private garden area at the rear, with the patio and sea at the front offer peace and quiet to let your thoughts wander.

COROMANDEL
		The newest of the conversions offers you a 2 bedroomed (the double having ensuite facilities) property which with a sofa bed can sleep up to 6 people.

The living room is similar to both Kerikeri cottage & Tairua with open beam ceilings, a kitchen area with slate floor and a carpeted dining / sitting area. This room can be divided with curtains to afford visual privacy for the comfortable double sofa bed. There is parking beside the cottage.

Visit the ancient Charter Town of Marazion and walk across the causeway to St Michaels Mount, If the tide is in there are ferry boats to take you across. Visit the castle, a National Trust property, or just wander among the houses around the harbour area.
	From your cottage, take the coast path to Cudden Point, keeping a look out for the seals at Trevean Cove Then go around to Prussia Cove, said to be a smuggler's haunt! Would the Cornish do that? Surely not!!

ABOUT THE COTTAGES

All our cottages are similarly equipped.

KITCHEN An oven with a ceramic hob, a microwave oven, a fridge with a small freezer compartment, the usual range of cutlery, crockery, a range of saucepans, frying pan etc. There is also plenty of cupboard space. There is an iron with ironing board, and....Oh yes, a vacuum cleaner!
All cottages have a colour TV.

There are convector heaters in all cottages, some are wall mounted and some free standing. There is also a two bar electric fire in Tue Brook. All equipment is electric and the supply is through a £1 prepayment meter.

Linen and towels are NOT normally provided, but there are 2 blankets, a duvet and 2 pillows (4 on the double) provided per bed..
Bed linen can be made available (not towels) for a small charge of £6 per bed per stay.

PETS Well behaved pets are welcome but they must be kept under control at all times, and never left alone in the property.
In the interest of hygiene, no pets are allowed on the furniture or bedding.
At the moment, we do not charge extra for pets.

A COT can be made available on request, likewise a highchair, again no charge.

BOOKING A COTTAGE

DEPOSIT A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is to accompany a firm booking.
The balance is due 3 weeks before arrival.

TELEPHONE BOOKINGS A booking by telephone or e mail will be held for five days to allow a deposit cheque to arrive. If no cheque arrives in time, the dates will be made available for re-letting.

ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE Bookings for all cottages apart from Tue Brook are from Saturday to Saturday with arrival after 2 pm and departure by 10 am. Tue Brook is available from Friday to Friday, same times.
