The lounge has a double futon/bed; the patio doors open out onto the garden where there is a barbecue area. The fully fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar, electric cooker and dishwasher.

From the kitchen you walk into the hall, where the first door on your left leads to one double bedroom, with plenty of cupboard space and a king-size bed.
The second door off the hall leads to one walk-through bedroom with bunk beds, which then leads to another bedroom with bunk beds. Both rooms have plenty of cupboard space.

The third door off the hall is the bathroom with bath, shower cubical, WC. washing machine and sink. The last door off the hall leads to the conservatory, which makes a lovely afternoon sun lounge with lots of beautiful plants.
