| The Accommodation |
| Set in 42 acres of private parkland
in Tehidy, Cornwall, Seven The Stables is a beautiful
3 bedrooom self catering holiday cottage offering spacious
accomodation for up to 6 people. |
| The lounge is a superb, dual aspect
room; light and airy. French doors lead out to the pretty
walled garden. There are two comfortable sofas, a large
coffee table, colour TV and DVD player. |
| The kitchen is fully equipped with,
electric double oven, gas hob with extractor, microwave,
dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge with freezer compartment
and a toaster. Leading off from the kitchen is a dining
conservatory with door leading out into the garden. |
| On the first floor is a spacious galleried
landing leading onto the the three bedrooms and the family
bathroom. |
| Bedroom 1 has an en-suite shower room
with toilet and hand basin. This room has a King size
bed, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. It overlooks
the secluded garden. |
| Bedroom 2 is super dual aspect room
with views over the courtyard and the garden. The are
two 3ft. beds, a small chest of drawers and two built
in double wardrobes. |
| Bedroom 3 has a 3ft. bed with 3ft.
stowaway under. There is a bedside chest and a built in
wardrobe. This bedroom has views over the Country Park. |
| The bathroom is spacious and has a
white suite comprising of bath with shower attachment,
wash hand basin and toilet. |
| The Area |
| The Stables is set within a designated
area of outstanding natural beauty. It stands in 42 acres
of magnificent private parkland and adjoins the Tehidy
Park golf course and 250 acres of woodlands. |
| The Stables was once part of the Tehidy
estate, dating back over 700 years. It was home to the
Basset family who were local land and mine owners - this
was back in the days when Cornwall had a thriving tin
industry |
| Situated close to the North Cornish
Coast with superb sandy beaches just 10 minutes away Portreath
3 miles and the glorious National Trust beach at Godrevy
5 miles. The North Cornish Coast is home to some of the
county's finest surfing beaches and also home to many
of the seal population, often seen in and around the secluded
coves |

On confirmation
of booking a 20% deposit will be required.
The balance being payable 1 month before your arrival
date - unless it is a late booking and payment will
be required on booking. |

there will be a Welcome Pack, Cornish pasties, milk,
bread & butter. |

Linen: |
All bed linen, towels
& electricity are included in the tariff.
Please note - not beach towels! |

Please leave the
keys in the kitchen.
Please put your rubbish in black bin liner and tie
securely and place in black bin provided outside
the back door. The lovely lady who looks after the
cottage will then dispose of it when she comes to
clean. |
