Colesent cottages are luxury
self-catering holiday accommodation in converted barns, which have central
heating and their own open log fires.
We are set in a quiet, wooded countryside with wonderful, views close to
the Camel Trail and near many sandy beaches. We
are also only 1/2 hour's drive from the Eden Project
and Famous Rock Beach. |

Hollyhill
Cottage
The Cottage sleeps
up to 7, cot and highchair available. Hollyhill is a spacious traditional
cottage converted from an agricultural barn. Its own attractive
garden with outstanding views, as shown here, over the River Camel
Valley.

The
accommodation is furnished to a very high standard with gas central
heating and comprises of the following: - A large sitting room with
open fireplace (logs supplied), TV and video with a south facing bay
window overlooking the garden and french windows leading to the patio.

Swallows
Nest Cottage
The Cottage sleeps
up to 7, cot and highchair are available. Swallows Nest is a traditional
cottage converted from an agricultural barn. This is the view from
the cottage garden.
The spacious accommodation
is furnished to a very high standard and is gas central heated comprising
of: The Sitting Room has an open fireplace (logs supplied), TV and
video and exposed beams. The Kitchen/Diner/Family Room is a large
south facing room.

Outside there
is ample parking, a garden with open views (as you can see) and
sunny courtyard with patio furniture and barbecue area. Central
Heating, Electricity, Bed Linen, Towels, Tea Towels, Dish and Oven
Cloth are included. As well as a Cream Tea on your arrival.

The
Bulls House
The
Bulls house will be available for booking from March 2005. The main
photograph was taken early in the conversion process with the patio
picture taken in early March. Please visit our website for progress
reports and photographs.

How
to find us
Via Exeter, Okehampton
by-pass A30 to Bodmin. Go through the town and onto A389 Wadebridge road.
After Dunmere at the top of the hill fork right onto B3266 Camelford road,
go through Longstone. Continue for approximately 1 mile and take the first
right, signposted for St. Breward and Wenford. Then at first junction
turn right for Blisland and The Camel Trail. Go down into the valley and
just BEFORE the bridge turn right again into our entrance, Colesent Cottages.
Via Exeter, Okehampton
by-pass A30 at Kennards House, Launceston take the A395 for Camelford.
Just beyond Camelford turn left on to the B3266 Bodmin road. After 4 miles,
on brow of hill take left turning for Blisland and The Camel Trail. Continue
straight on until you go down into the valley and just BEFORE the bridge
turn right into our entrance, Colesent Cottage.

miles from Colesent there is Longstone Garage, which has it own small
supermarket and is open till 8pm.

Colesent
Cottages are lucky to be in a very secluded position at the end of
a wooded drive which leaves the road beside the River Camel and Camel
Trail (a path for cycling and walking), surrounded by Duchy of Cornwall
farmland. There are stunning views over the Camel Valley and towards
Bodmin Moor. |
| The
varied landscape provides good habitat for the many species of wildlife.
We are in easy reach of the Eden Project and award winning beaches,
extensive walking and cycling routes, attractions and sporting facilities. |

Don’t forget you
can walk or cycle straight from Colesent. The substantial single-storey
cottages are located around a sunny courtyard, each has its own private
gardens. The cottages both have English Tourist Board 4 star rating
certificates. |
| Cots
and high chairs are available on request. There is ample parking space
for each cottage and we will take dogs by arrangement. |
