| Shops and the sea are only 1.5 miles away as is one of the most spectacular sections of the South West Coast path between Trevose Head and Tintagel. Local golf courses include Trevose, St Enodoc and Roserrow. A short car journey will take you to the historic fishing village of Port Isaac (Port Wenn!). and the now legendary Eden project. Also surf capital of Europe - Newquay with its new culinary attraction Jamie Oliver's 15 Cornwall. |

With Rock and the ferry to Padstow only 5 minutes away and the rugged North Coast- South West Coastal path nearby you will not need to travel far to enjoy some of the most sought after spots in Cornwall. |

living area with oak flooring and wood burning stove and stable door
to the garden. Sofa bed for extra guests. TV / DVD player with free
view digital TV. Solid oak dining table with seating for 6, next to
open plan kitchen. Electric cooker and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher
and washing machine. Loft stairs to mezzanine area and additional
accommodation. Two single beds built in with velux window above and
a blackout blind, suitable for children. Master bedroom has a super
king-size bed (or twin beds by arrangement), the en suite shower room
is off the main bedroom that has a large sized shower, sink, loo and
heated towel rail. The property is centrally heated throughout, with
a woodburning stove in the living room. |

| "Dorset" Shepherds Hut |

| Originally used as a refuge and shelter for the
"duty shepherd" during the long nights of the lambing season
in Dorset, this hut has been totally restored and refurbished to provide
intimate accommodation with a difference in Cornwall... |
| The shepherds hut is situated in a secluded spot
on our property, and offers luxury accommodation under the stars. |
| Inside the hut is a king size bed, small cooker
and wood burning stove, private "bathroom" facilities are
provided a few yards from the hut. All linen and towels are provided.
Immediately outside the hut is a fire pit / BBQ area, for the total
"alfresco" experience. |

| How to find us: |
| Moyles Farm is located on the north coast of Cornwall,
near Padstow. Moyles Farm can be reached from land by the A30 or air
from Newquay Airport (30 minutes away). |

| Directions: (from Exeter and the M5) |
• Just past Exeter take the A30 sign to Launceston.
• Some 50 miles past Exeter is the sign to Launceston.
• Stay on the A30 for a few miles beyond Launceston and there
is a sign to the right at Kennards House which says A395 to Camelford,
Wadebridge and North Cornwall (A39). Take this turn to the right and
follow it until T junction with the A39 which is approximately 13
miles from the A30.
• Take the left hand turn on the A39 towards Wadebridge.
• Approximately 2-3 miles along the A39 take the right hand turn
that is signposted to Delabole, Tintagel and Port Isaac, the B3314.
• After a further 2-3 miles there is another cross roads, go
straight across staying on the B3314 still signposted to Wadebridge.
• Continue on this road through Delabole for approximately 7
miles.
• Take the right hand turn towards Port Quinn and Polzeath, follow
the tourist sign to the Bee Centre. After half a mile there is a further
junction take the right hand turn towards the Bee Centre. Do not take
the very sharp hand turn here to Port Quinn as it is a minor lane
only.
• Passing the Bee centre on your right, the road then bends to
the right, on the bend go left down a small road that is signed at
the end 'Mesmear Farm'.
• Drive past Mesmear and Moyles is the next farm on the left
after about half a mile.
• The 'Moyles' slate sign is in the wall. Go down the drive,
and keep Cornish 'Hedge' (wall) on your right.
• Moyles Mill is straight ahead continue right to the end of
the wall (keeping wall on your right) to Mynford cottage.
