Willoughby is a beautifully decorated and modernised end terraced cottage set in the heart of St Just, a picturesque and traditional Cornish town, just ¾ of a mile from the coastal path and the stunning scenery at Cape Cornwall. It benefits from a private parking space, which is a real bonus in St Just and many Cornish villages in the area. There is also a sunny front garden and an attractive private rear patio with outdoor furniture.

Kitchen - clean and modern kitchen with fully fitted beech units and slate floor. It is well equipped with microwave, fridge freezer and washer-drier. There is access from the kitchen to an enclosed rear patio.

Lounge / Dining area - a large, light and airy lounge and dining area with LCD TV, video, DVD player and CD/radio. It is luxuriously furnished with a brown leather suite, dining table and six chairs, solid pine furniture and coordinated soft furnishings. There is a large selection of DVDs, videos, books, games, toys and jigsaw.

Bathroom - upstairs bathroom, fully tiled with modern suite and a shower over the bath.

Bedroom 1 - solid pine double bed and bedside cabinets; large built in cupboard with ample drawer, shelf and hanging space; pine shelf with large mirror over.

Bedroom 2 - solid pine double bed and bedside cabinet; pine wardrobe with 3 drawers underneath; beech shelf with mirror over.

Bedroom 3 - full size pine bunk beds; wardrobe with internal shelf, large chest of drawers with mirror over.

Pets - in most circumstances, pets are not allowed. However, pets, strictly by prior arrangement only, may be considered. Please contact the owner to discuss this.

Bed linen and towels are provided in the cost.
A £25 charge is made for electricity - a meter reading is taken on arrival and departure and any unused credit will be refunded.

ST JUST AND THE SURROUNDING AREA

St Just boasts an attractive market square, with a clock tower, church, shops, restaurant and pubs, which serve quality bar meals, all within 5 minutes stroll of the cottage - the ideal place to spend your evenings.
St Just has recently achieved Heritage status and is becoming well known for its Art Galleries and local artists. Formally a tin mining community, St Just is a colourful, friendly, traditional Cornish town that is well worth a visit in and out of season.

St Just is ideally located for exploring West Penwith, with its breathtaking coastline and pretty villages.
It lies just 8 miles from Mousehole, the picturesque and charming harbour village made famous by its Christmas lights.
It is just 5 miles from Lands End and only 7 miles from the beautiful beach at Porthcurno and the Minack, an outdoor theatre which has been carved into the cliffs.
The stunning beach at Sennen Cove is 4 miles away, while the busier resort of St Ives is just 13 miles away.

GOLF at Cape Cornwall

BEACHES
Less than a mile from the cottage there is some stunning coastal scenery. Priests Cove at Cape Cornwall is a pebbly beach with a children’s paddling / swimming pool carved out of the rocks. Porth Nanven and Progo are beautiful sandy beaches. All are within walking distance of the cottage (20 mins stroll) but are also accessible by car.
