Availability and Booking
The Accommodation
Downstairs the front door leads to a country kitchen with two sofas and a large dining table and chairs making this a great family space. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The room leads to a secluded garden with lawn, Cornish palm trees, a barbeque and outdoor seating. There is also a separate cosy sitting room with comfortable seating, TV with Freeview, DVD, and an original granite fireplace. The downstairs shower room with toilet is ideal for showering after a day on the beach.
Upstairs there is a light and spacious master bedroom with double bed that overlooks the garden and a second double room with sea views. The twin room with views to the garden can also be set up with a third full-size single bed. The bathroom has a classic antique free standing roll top bath.
Private parking is available outside the cottage. Prices are inclusive of electricity, central heating, linen and personal towels (not beach towels). |

St Just & Land's End Area
Cape Cornwall and the South West Coast Path are only a five minute walk away. A golfer's dream, Lower Boswedden is within a stroll of Cape Cornwall Golf and Leisure Resort with its 18 hole golf course, restaurant, swimming pool, gym and leisure facilities.
The lively and welcoming town of St Just is less than a mile away where you will find shops, galleries, cafes, pubs and takeaways.
The coast and countryside around Lower Boswedden is wild and beautiful with many public footpaths, fantastic coastal walks and secluded coves. Dolphins, seals and basking sharks are regular visitors to the waters. Inland, you will find a patchwork of prehistoric fields, stone circles and standing stones alongside ruined mine buildings, evidence of the more recent industrial heritage. |
A short drive away Sennen Cove has a magnificent sandy beach, perfect for families and renowned as one of Cornwall's top surf spots. Visit Porthcurno for its beautiful beach, outdoor Minack Theatre and Telegraph Museum, and St Ives for the Tate Art Gallery, Barbara Hepworth Museum as well as a host of local artist's studios.
