  Four hundred year old detached cottage
  Lower Boswedden is a large, four hundred year old pretty granite detached cottage with original granite features and open fireplace. The front door leads to a country kitchen with open plan living room and dining area. There is a pine dining table seating eight and a sitting area with sofas and a coffee table. This room leads to a secluded garden with Cornish palm trees, a barbecue, and outdoor seating with table and parasol. There is also a cosy sitting room with an original granite open fireplace. Also downstairs there is a newly fitted shower suite and toilet.


Upstairs there are three bedrooms; a light and spacious double bedroom over looking the garden, a room with a bunk bed and one single also over looking the garden, a small cosy double room with sea views and a bathroom with classic antique free standing bath.

Facilities include; gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV and video, Stereo and private parking.

Lower Boswedden cottage lies at the end of a small hamlet located between Cape Cornwall and St Just. It is only a five-minute walk from the stunning Cape Cornwall that over looks Priests cove, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty known as the connoisseurs Lands end. Above the cape lies Cape Cornwall 18 hole golf club offering an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, bar and restaurant.

 
 
 
Less than a mile in land is St. Just, England’s most westerly town, small but lively with a selection of cafes, pubs and several art galleries. Five miles west takes you to Lands End and also Sennen cove, a magnificent mile of golden sand perfect for the family and renowned as one of Cornwall’s top surf spots. The surrounding area is wild and beautiful with many public footpaths, including fantastic coastal walks across the unspoilt cliffs and secluded coves revealing prehistoric remains, ruined mine buildings and the chance of glimpsing the regions marine life that boasts dolphins, seals and basking sharks as its regular visitors.
Other nearby attractions include the famous minack theatre over looking Porthcurno, which is seven miles away. Penzance and St. Ives are the areas larger seaside towns, seven and fourteen miles away respectively.
