Sleeping accommodation comprises a large double bedroom, furnished in pine, and a smaller bedroom containing two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge so that up to six people could be accommodated. A cot can be provided on request. Electricity, heating by oil filled radiators and bed linen are included in the rental price. Towels are not provided.

Outside there is an attractive lawned garden which offers views across the fields to the sea and on a clear day the Isles of Scilly can be glimpsed. Garden furniture and a barbeque are provided. There is an outhouse which can be used to store bicycles, surfboards etc. Parking is in front of the property on a private tarmaced drive. We regret pets are not allowed and smoking is only permitted outside the property.

Parula is situated at the top of the unspoilt Nanquidno valley approximately one and a quarter miles from the sea. This beautiful valley runs down to the North Cornish coastal footpath. The area provides excellent walking as there are many local footpaths and a number of nearby coastal valleys. It is well known for its natural history, particularly rare birds. The property is well placed near the coast road with the village of St Just only two miles away which offers two small supermarkets, butchers, bakers, a number of public houses , a fish and chip shop, Chinese and Indian takeaways as well as ample free parking. The holiday town of Penzance is seven miles away. From nearby Lands End Aerodrome flights to the Isles of Scilly are available.
