Ros Marin Barn has been imaginatively converted and extended from its former use. Granite walls and timberwork have been left exposed wherever possible and the extension has created beautiful living accommodation with plenty of light. Under-floor heating, radiators and the wood-burner make for very cosy accommodation whatever the weather.

Kitchen / living area: fully fitted, large kitchen with electric cooker, halogen hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, crockery, cutlery and all cooking equipment. Sofas, easy chairs, TV and coffee table around the wood-burner. Double doors to the patio, garden and parking area. Step down to the laundry area and main bathroom (bath with shower) and loo.

Ground floor bedrooms: one double and one twin. All have good quality beds, bedside tables and lamps, clothes storage and chairs.

Lobby / dining area: double-height room with exposed timberwork. Large dining table and chairs, lamps, hi-fi, books and games. Stairs to first-floor. Double-doors to front courtyard.

First-floor sitting room or extra bedroom: two comfortable sofas one of which converts to a double bed. Clothes storage, TV, coffee tables, large velux windows, and views over the valley. Second shower room and toilet.

Garden (west facing, so plenty of sun): gravel patio and BBQ area, with wooden furniture. Step up to lawn area surrounded by raised granite flowerbeds. The garden area is completely enclosed with a gate to the parking area.

Parking: a gravelled parking area for two cars.
