There are 2 king size and 1 double bedrooms and the separate
shower room is conveniently located between the rooms.
All rooms are equipped with wardrobes, drawers, quality
towels, bedding and duck down and feather duvets to ensure
a comfortable and relaxing stay. |

Bathrooms:
There is a bathroom located on the ground floor with a
shower bath, hand basin, wc shaver socket and heated towel
rail. To the first floor, conveniently located for the
bedrooms is a shower room with hand basin and wc. |
Lounge:
The comfortable Lounge has a large modern surround sofa
and a 37” plasma TV and DVD. There is a small selection
of DVDs but please feel free to bring your own selection
for the duration of your stay. |
Dining/kitchen:
The Kitchen/Dining room and lounge are located on the
ground floor offering a spacious open plan feeling. The
kitchen is fully fitted to a high specification to include
granite worktops, dishwasher, washer/dryer, upright fridge/freezer,
wine cooler, microwave and electric oven with halogen
hob. There is a dining table which seats 6 people. |
Garden:
There is an enclosed courtyard garden to the rear of the
property, a rarity in St Ives. It is ideal for relaxing
on summer evenings and al fresco dining. There is access
from the courtyard to the harbour and beaches and also
an outside shower. |
