Set on the edge of town, yet only 10 minutes walk down to the harbour, this house has sea views to the front and countryside up to the Steeple to the rear. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac, but only 2 minutes walk to the local Leisure Centre across the fields. It is about 10 minutes walk from Porthminster beach and about 20 minutes from Porthmeor beach and the Tate on foot.
Accommodation Details
This super 4 bedroom detached house has a large modern kitchen with all modern appliances and large dining area in the conservatory. From the kitchen is a utility room with sink, washing machine and separate toilet. The rest of the ground floor comprises of a study and large lounge with TV / DVD / XBOX Connnect/ SKY TV with Sports and Movies.

On the first floor are three double rooms, one with en suite shower room and one single room which contains bunk beds.The house will easily accommodate 6 adults for sleeping. A cot can be provided.
Both the ensuite and master bathroom have been modernised in the last 12 months and the master bathroom has seperate walk in shower and a bath. The ensuite has a walk in shower.
The conservatory, pictured above, contains the main dining area and 5 seater sofa to relax and gain access to the garden. It adjoins the kitchen.
One ground floor room is owner access only along with access to the garage (for storage) however the conservatory has proven (from previous customer comments) to be the central point of the house so nothing is lost from a space aspect.

There is ample parking for at least 3 vehicles and 2 paths around to a large rear garden and patio area with glass topped table and chairs, along with a BBQ. The photo shows a trampoline which is no longer there but there is ample space for childrens games. A new photo will be uploaded shortly. the single bedroom picture above is now a double bedroom. New additions include an x box connect, plus wifi and sky tv with the sports and movie channels, just in case the sun doesnt shine!
