The large and spacious kitchen diner is fitted and furnished to a high specification with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave and automatic washing machine. The dining area has ample room for eight people.

The main lounge comprises of two leather sofas and large TV with freeview, whilst the additional TV lounge benefits from a Microsoft Xbox with games and the option of being used as a fourth bedroom with a quality double futon for extra guests.

The master bedroom has a newly fitted en-suite bathroom with electric shower and bath, there is a sizeable second double bedroom (with folding single Zbed) and a further twin bedroom. In addition to this there is a shower / WC room and another WC cloakroom downstairs.

Bellavista benefits from much sought after parking for two vehicles and has a front and rear garden with outdoor furniture. There is a shallow pond located in the rear garden.

All the beds for Bellavista have pillows and duvets, however guests are required to bring their own bed linen and towels. We can arrange provision of these on booking for an extra charge.
