Once the home of artist Hyman
Segal, Segals apartment is situated in the heart
of St Ives, nestling amongst the cobbled streets
of Downalong. The apartment is within one of the
town’s oldest buildings with an outlook over Fore
St itself. Therefore, Segals is ideally located
for the many shops, restaurants and art galleries
in the town. The harbour is seconds away and sandy,
surfing beaches are just around the corner.

The apartment is beautiful;
newly renovated creating stylish, light and airy
accommodation, with stripped wood floors throughout.
On two levels, the apartment comprises an open plan
living and dining space, with a fitted contemporary
kitchen on the first floor. The handmade L-shaped
daybed may be used as two singles or put together
for a couple if desired. On the second floor there
is a large double bedroom, with double bed and shower
room with an exceptional double shower.

Short breaks are available
during winter months from £50 per night for the
whole apartment. Please call or email for more details.
Rents are from Saturday to Saturday. Guests
may arrive as early as 3pm and depart by 10am.
We welcome young families with children and
can provide a travel cot and highchair on request.
The apartment does of course have a flat-screen
TV, DVD player and central heating.
We ask that guests do not smoke or bring pets.
Gas and electricity are included in the rental.
Duvets, pillows and linens are provided for
all beds, however guests do need to bring their
own towels.

There is no parking directly
at the cottage as with most accommodation in the
heart of St. Ives, but you can pull directly up
to the door to unload. Barnoon, Sloop and Pier car
parks are all a couple of minutes walk away. Weekly
tickets are available in all of the town’s car parks
and residential free parking at the top of the road
and beyond may be available.
