Situated above Porthminster Beach with its amazing restaurant and a five minute stroll into the bustling centre of St Ives.

The house has been recently refurbished to a high standard, restoring and re-instating original features where possible.

Magnificent views can be seen from the master bedroom and particularly enjoyed when seated in the large bay window. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom.

Front garden, patio with tables and chairs and a further 50ft grass lawn.

Rear garden, walled courtyard or parking for two cards and a 20ft grass lawn. Garden furniture and barbecue supplied.

Cleaning/Towels/
Linen/Maid Service

All beds have duvets. Linen is supplied, along with bath and beach towels. Travel cots and high chairs can be supplied if requested.

If you are staying for two weeks and would like a mid stay clean and sheet change then please let us know

Booking Notes

We ask for an initial payment of 50% of rent on initial booking. Final 50% four weeks before departure. We also ask for a £200 deposit refundable less amounts for breakages, damage and any extra cleaning that maybe required.
