1 Godrevy Gardens is a beautifully renovated slate hung house in a quiet downlong location overlooking Porthmeor. Just 1 minute's walk from the surf beach and harbour beach, together with the main cobbled shopping area.
Perfectly located for art lovers wishing to be immediate to the Tate Gallery, yet conveniently situated for walkers to the coastal footpath.
The accommodation has been reversed to ensure full benefit of the stunning beach and harbour views which are enjoyed from the living, kitchen, dining room and both bedrooms. The property enjoys gas central heating and double glazing throughout making it extremely comfortable and quiet.

The cottage has two courtyards, one to the front facing the harbour and the other to the rear overlooking Porthmeor beach. Both courtyards are resplendent with Cornish palms and plants and offer space for outdoor entertaining. There is a BBQ and chiminea provided for your use.
We regret this property is not toddler friendly. Non smoking, No pets. Reserved Parking space for one car 1 minute walk from the property at Barnoon Car Park. It is however possible to offload outside the property.
