Dream Wave is a recently renovated Edwardian town house with a contemporary feel. It is a spacious and light property with accommodation arranged over three floors.

It still retains many of the original features and offers panoramic views of St Ives and the Bay from the upper floors.

The house is located in the heart of St Ives within a few minutes walk of the harbour, beaches, shops, restaurants and galleries.

It comfortably accommodates up to eight adults or two families sharing but smaller numbers would equally enjoy the property.

Dream Wave is a sunny, warm house suitable for holidays at all times of the year.

Lounge & Dining Room
A small flight of granite steps lead up to a porch with Minton tiled floor. From the hallway there are doors to the kitchen and the open plan dining room and lounge. The accommodation is simply decorated in natural tones and exposed granite features throughout along with halogen lighting.

The open plan reception room has a large oak dining table with seating for eight and two large sofas, plus there is an occasional chair and two feature window seats.

Kitchen
The kitchen is modern and equipped with large fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob/electric oven, dishwasher; plus it is well supplied for those who are keen cooks. From the kitchen, there is the laundry/drying room with washing machine and tumble dryer and another sink. It gives ample storage room for beach, surf, walking and other outdoor gear.

From the kitchen is a small secluded courtyard with bistro table and chairs and plants. There is a washing line and a hose for those keen to wash down their wet suits/bikes. The flight of granite steps which lead to the rear grassy lane, are quite steep but there is a hand rail and a custom made safety gate is in place in interests of younger visitors.

Bedrooms
On the upper floors are five rooms (the smallest one we retain for storage).

The 4 bedrooms comprise one double, one king sized and 2 twin bedded rooms.

Bathrooms
There is a shower room and toilet as well as a separate bathroom and toilet. Two of the bedrooms have wash basins.

Dream Wave is a terraced house in a central and convenient location with easy access on foot and by car.

You do not have to negotiate the narrow, windy streets of the Old Town yet you are only two minutes walk from the Market Place.

Whilst parking is not permitted in the street (because of its proximity to the town), we find that this works to our advantage because you can load/unload the car at any time. We do how ever provide private parking for two cars nearby. Parking is also available, including long stay, in several nearby car parks.

St Ives is located about six miles to the north of Penzance and is set in the stunning scenery of West Cornwall on the shores of St Ives Bay.

It is one of the most colourful, quaint and attractive towns in Cornwall with numerous granite cottages, small cobbled streets, and narrow alleyways all surrounding a sheltered harbour.

St Ives offers great sandy beaches for relaxing and surfing, a world renowned art colony plus galleries to browse, bars to relax in and cafés & restaurants to suit every taste and pocket for eating out, offering quality for a wide range of visitors.

Artists have been attracted to St Ives by the quality of light and the outstanding scenic setting, and have given the town a great deal of its unique character. As well as the Tate St Ives, there are scores of smaller galleries or artists' studios open to the public.
