Situated just off the Wharf/Harbour front, Doble's is a charming 2 storey traditional Cornish Fisherman's cottage that has recently been refurbished.
It is completely self contained and furnished to a high standard, with gas central heating throughout and retaining many character features. To the front of the property there is a delightful patio area that offers views towards Smeatons Pier and the Arches.

The Cottage
Dobles Wall Cottage is ideally situated in Back Lane, a pedestrian only area, a few yards from the harbour, shops and beach.
The cottage is approached via 10 granite steps up to the south facing raised patio/balcony area that offers views towards Smeatons Pier and the Arches. This is a delightful area with patio furniture, where you can soak up the sunshine during the day, or relax with a glass of wine in the evening and watch the world go by.
The cottage has an open porch with a half glazed stable front door, which leads into the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room. Full of character with beamed ceiling, oak flooring and exposed granite walls.
