A truly fabulous old converted fisherman's net loft right in the heart of old St. Ives. Approx. 50m from the sea, it is ideally situated for all the shops, restaurants, pubs, galleries and museums
[not forgetting the lovely beaches] that St Ives has to offer. There are at least 4 glorious beaches within a stone's throw - truly a beach lover/surfers paradise.

WE DO FULL WEEKS [SAT - SAT] AND SHORT BREAKS [MON - FRI and FRI - SUN / MON]

Fantastic location, right in the heart of 'old St Ives', this spacious fist floor loft studio apartment, is tucked away in a lovely listed courtyard. Literally 50m from the Harbour, with the restaurants, shops, galleries and beaches all within a stone's throw away.

It is very light and airy and has recently been refurbished. This lovely old [c.200 years] fisherman's net loft is brimming with character. From granite feature walls, to the old original floorboards, it is just idyllic for those wanting original features together with modern comforts.

It sleeps 2/4 in comfort. It has a raised sleeping platform at the far end, with a separate staircase, leading upto a king-size bed. It also has a double quality sofa bed in the lounge. It has full gas central heating to provide more than adequate warmth and instant hot water. Gas and electricity are included.

Open plan kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher etc, leading into a spacious dining area, with seating for upto 4 in comfort.

Lounge area complete with double sofa bed, another 2 leather sofas, 42" LCD TV with freeview, DVD player, and iPhone / iPod docking speaker, together with built in wardrobe and drawers.

A lovely separate shower room, complete with shaving point, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail, and power shower.

Rentals are full weeks from Saturday to Saturday, or off-peak short breaks from Monday to Friday, or long weekends from Friday to Sunday / Monday.

Please could guests bring their own shower/beach towels [bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided]
