The Apartment is on the ground floor. You enter through you own door, into an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. It has a modern sofa bed and two chairs, dining table with 4 chairs. There is a LCD 32” Digital TV & DVD/CD player. The very stylish kitchen has solid oak worktops, electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, integrated fridge & washer-dyer. A ceramic tiled floor complements this space.
Two steps lead to a separate bedroom with a 4’ 6” double bed, bedside tables & chest of drawers. Window to Bailey’s Lane.
There is an en-suite fully tiled shower room.

The Cobbles is let on Saturday to Saturday basis with bed linen, gas & electricity included. Baileys Lane is traffic free, parking can be found in Porthmeor Square or near by car parks. There is gas central heating, so the apartment is very cozy in the winter months.
The property is owner managed so you are assured of personal attention & a high standard of accommodation.

A damage deposit of £100 is required, which is refundable.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the property.
We do clean the property; however you are expected to leave the property in a clean & tidy condition.
If you’d like to use the sofa bed please bring your own linen.
Christmas & New Year bookings are Saturday to Saturday.
Out of season short breaks are available.

Available from 12.00 – 5.00 pm on day of arrival & vacated by 9.30 am on day of departure.
