| ABOUT THE HOUSE |
| The renovations have resulted in a light
and airy house that still manages to be very cosy and homely.
With central heating included the house is equally suited for
winter bookings. |
| Blue Door is extensively and tastefully equipped
with new furnishings and equipment, including 32" flat screen
digital TV, DVD player and CD stereo and quality leather sofas.

coat hooks and inner vestibule. |

An large open plan room with original stripped
wood floor.
The front of this spacious room is arranged around the feature
fireplace. There is a large 'slouchy' 3 seater sofa and beautiful
Laura Ashley leather two seater sofa and leather high back fire
side chair. |
| The dining room features an original Ercol
table and chairs and antique side table. It also has a feature
fireplace. |

| A charming 'rustic' hand built kitchen with
reclaimed shelving. Well equipped with all the modern convienences
including dishwasher, microwave, oven, Liebhurr large capacity
stainless steel fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dualit toaster
etc. |

| COURTYARD / GARDEN |
| The rear door leads out from the kitchen
into the enclosed yard while from the first floor landing patio
doors open onto a raised south facing decked area ideal for
relaxing on warm summer evenings or alfresco dining. |

Bedroom 1: Attic room with double
bed and glorious views out across St.Ives bay and into the harbour
from the Dormer window.
Bedroom 2: Double bed with drawers and hanging space.
Bedroom 3: bunk beds with built in wardrobe and hanging
space. There are a selection of children's games and books in
this room. |
| All the bedrooms are comfortably furnished
with attractive bedlinen (included), bedside tables, lamps and
original stripped wood floors. |
