The property, which can sleep 6 people, is extremely well presented with gas central heating throughout. In the converted cellar you’ll find a large kitchen with family dining table comfortably seating six people. On the ground floor is a spacious lounge, then up the stairs to a large master bedroom with room for a cot and an en-suite shower room / wc. On the top floor there are two further bedrooms, one double and the other with bunk beds and a family bathroom with another shower over the bath.

The house is a real ‘home from home’ and is equipped with all the modern day creature comforts you’d expect!

The kitchen has recently been upgraded with a matching range of white base and eye level units providing ample storage. There is an electric cooker with extractor, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge with freezer box.

The spacious living room has two comfortable leather settees, tv with freeview, dvd player and ipod dock making it the perfect place to unwind after a days exploring.

On the first floor there is a spacious double bedroom and shower room / wc, whilst on the second floor there’s another double bedroom, a third smaller bedroom with bunks and a family bathroom. All bed linen comes free of charge, along with lots of fluffy bathroom towels. We would however request you to bring your own beach towels.

You can unload your car immediately outside the house. However, parking is restricted within St. Ives but there is a long stay car park where you can keep your car for the week which is only a short 2 minutes walk away.
