The
Annexe Traditional 19th century Cornish barn
conversion in a quiet corner of West Penwith. The Annexe is located in the scenic
village of Halsetown just one mile outside of St.Ives on the B3311. The village
boasts a local pub and shop whilst also being on a regular bus route. Ideal for
couples wishing to explore the local countryside along many of the areas public
footpaths. St. Ives is just 25 minutes walk from the village.
Accommodation The Annexe offers compact but
comfortable living. Downstairs comprises a fully fitted kitchen come living room
equipped with stereo and TV. Upstairs a double en suite bedroom. Off road parking
and outside patio enable the visitor to enjoy country life to the full. Linen
and towels are provided along with a welcome and information pack.
The Annexe can accommodate a maximum
of two people, is suitable for non smokers whilst pets are not allowed.

Directions From the A30 Hayle roundabout take the St.Ives
exit passed Wyevale Garden Centre. Straight across the next mini roundabout, then
immediate left at the second mini roundabout with The Watermill Pub on right hand
side. Follow this road for approximately 4 miles until you come to the junction
with the B3311 and turn right, signposted Halsetown. On entering the village turn
right at the pub continue passed the shop for about 100 metres and No.4 Halsetown
is on you’re left in a granite row of cottages.
