Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit being 1/3rd of the total payment and within 7 days of initial telephone or e-mail reservation. The balance is to be paid 4 weeks prior to holiday commencement. Deposits are non refundable.

Bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to commencement of holiday must be paid in full.

Any booking cancelled within the 4 weeks prior to commencement will require the balance to be paid in full if the property is not subsequently re-let.

All bookings are to include an additional £50 damage deposit refundable after 1 week of departure. The accommodation is to be left clean and tidy and free from any damage or breakages above normal wear and tear.

Guests are asked to arrive after 4pm on the day of arrival and vacate the Annex by 10.30am on the day of departure to allow time for cleaning.
