| Woodmill Farm a 17th Century
Former Mill is set within 7 acres of meadow, on the edge
of the Picturesque Prideaux Woods near to the South Cornish
Coast, and is an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall.
The former Cornish Mill has been converted into 4 stunning
self-contained one bedroomed cottages. We also offer a
cottage all on one level. |

| Our holiday cottages provide cosy, quality,
well-equipped accommodation for anything from a short break
to several weeks’ holiday, and a perfect retreat at any time
of year. |
| These delightful three storey holiday
cottages are approached from the main driveway and are
set on high ground overlooking the meadow. A large parking
area is provided adjacent to the paddock. A welcoming
entrance leads straight into the fitted cottage kitchen
dining area incorporating, electric oven/hob, refrigerator,
microwave, and to the rear you will find a wc. |

| On the first floor there
is a cosy but spacious lounge, which has a comfortable
suite and TV. French doors with a Juliet ballonet allows
you to sit and enjoy the tranquil views over our meadow,
complete with ponies, our resident pig called Rosie and
a few geese and hens. |

| The second floor has an
en-suite bedroom (The Brambles (1), Rowan Cottage (2)
both have showers, Sweet Chestnut (3) has a bath/shower
and Keepers cottage (4) has a 6” double or twin bed with
bath/shower. All the cottages have been renovated to a
high standard and are inclusive of electric, heating,
linen, colour TV. A laundry room is also provided with
a washing machine, dryer and an outside lavatory. |

| Cottage 5 is a single storey holiday
cottage is approached from the main driveway next to the
parking area. A welcoming entrance leads straight into
the fitted cottage open plan kitchen/dining lounge area
incorporating, electric oven/hob, TV, refrigerator and
dishwasher. French doors allow you to sit inside or out
on the deck. |

| The inviting bedroom has a large comfortable
bed with duvets, a fitted pine wardrobe and bedside lighting.
The is also an en-suite containing a large shower. The
cottage has been renovated to a high standard. You can
use your own private garden or the terrace with views
over our Cornish farmland for you to relax and enjoy.

Local Facilities and Attraction
|
| Woodmill Farm is ideally situated for exploring
Cornwall. Within striking distance are its famed gardens including
The Eden Project, which is only 1 mile, which if you walk entitles
you to a £3.00 entry price reduction. The Lost Gardens of Heligan,
which is on the road to picturesque Mevagissey. There are glorious
beaches and historic ports. Excellent local restaurants, particularly
in Fowey, only 10 minutes away, bolster Cornwall’s growing reputation
for good food. |
| There are 2 local pubs within walking distance
serving good food at reasonable prices. If you enjoy walking,
look no further than the nearby Luxulyan Valley, a notable local
beauty spot, or perhaps try one of our many Coastal walks or
The famous Saints Way. You can then return to Woodmill Farm
and enjoy the tranquillity of Cornwall. |
| If you want to try your hand or maybe you
are advanced at Golf, Sailing, Fishing, Walking, Riding or Cycling
(road or mountain biking) these activities are all within easy
reach of Woodmill Farm. |
| Arrival times is after 4.00 p.m. and Departures
must be before 10.30 a.m. on the morning of leaving. Please
don't hesitate to contact me should you require anything at
all. I can arrange transport for a small fee to and from local
train/bus or air terminals if you are arriving by any of these
forms of transport. |
