Bryanack Cottage is part of Palmvale
Holidays and has recently been awarded 5 stars by the English
Tourist Council. It is located 1.5 miles from the sleepy village
of St Agnes at the bottom of the Beacon and is very close
to the coastal paths. So leave your car behind and enjoy lovely
coastal walks to the beaches of Chapel Porth, Porthtowan and
Portreath. |

The
bungalow is situated in the grounds of Palmvale Holidays,
where guests can enjoy the use of all the facilities offered
including a heated swimming pool (open mid May to mid September),
grass tennis court, pitch and putt course, children's play
area and approximately 5 acres of grounds for simply relaxing. |
Bryanack
Cottage is available all year to take advantage of the mild winter,
early spring and warm autumn that we are privileged to have in
Cornwall.

 The
bungalow is entered via a porch into the open plan living/dining
area which is furnished to a high standard and includes
a digital television, VCR and DVD, CD/radio player and a
log burning stove. The lounge has windows to the front and
side to maximise the exceptional views.
 The
fitted kitchen is open to the dining area and fully equipped.
This includes an iron, ironing board, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer,
dishwasher, electric oven with ceramic hob and a microwave
oven.

 There
are 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom with a 4ft 6" double bed,
fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and dressing table with
a television and DVD player. This room has stunning views
over open countryside.
The
other 2 bedrooms each have two 3ft twin beds fitted with
a wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The
bungalow benefits from a bathroom and separate shower room
both fitted to a high standard. The bathroom is fully tiled
with a full size bath with an overhead shower, a wash basin,
wc and electric heated towel rail. The shower room is fully

 Dining
can be enjoyed from the dining area inside the bungalow
with fabulous views from the patio window over the Atlantic
coastline or by walking through the sliding patio door leading
onto a decked patio, fully equipped with outside dining
furniture and a barbeque. Here you can relax and enjoy fantastic
views over the Atlantic Ocean, National Trust coastline
and open countryside.
