ideally placed for the glorious beaches, countryside,
art galleries and many other attractions the area is famous
for. Golsithney village is 1 mile away with 2 pubs (both
serving food), Post Office and shop/off license. Gorgeous
Perranuthnoe beach, Marazion and St Michael's Mount are
only 5 minutes drive away. The larger town of Penzance
with restaurants, shops, supermarkets, galleries, indoor
and outdoor pools, cinema etc. is 10 minutes away. St
Ives, Lands End, and the truly world class beaches of
Penwith are all within 30 minutes drive. |

| The house itself is set in the tranquil
parish of St Hilary, you can enjoy our large, peaceful
garden with a drink whilst a few local seafood delicacies
sizzle on the barbecue. The area is excellent for cycling
and walking or for simply doing nothing at all. The house
has 3 good-sized bedrooms and will sleep 6, bedlinen provided
and we have a travel cot available for a baby if required.
The master double bedroom has French doors opening onto
a small veranda which overlooks the surrounding trees
and countryside, so a morning cup of tea in bed with the
door flung open is essential. There is of course a fully
equipped kitchen, separate dining room (high chair also
available on request), lounge with digital TV and DVD
player, a small conservatory ideal for your morning coffee,
and there is ample off road parking in front of the house. |
