Our self
catering holiday homes are located in some of the most picturesque locations
in West Cornwall including Truro, Falmouth, Flushing, Mylor, Perranwell,
St. Mawes, Roseland Peninsula, Gorran Haven, Devoran, Feock, and Pentire
near Newquay. Each one is independently inspected and star-rated
by Visit Britain, Quality in Tourism.

All Special Places self catering cottages are within easy reach of Cornwall’s beaches and countryside, and are star-rated by Visit Britain, Quality in Tourism. Prices - no surprise extras. Out-of-season prices are set to make it feasible for small groups to take larger cottages to give extra space and comfort.
A well behaved
dog is welcome by arrangement at some of our cottages.
Equipment. Each Special Places cottage is generously equipped and
furnished. If there is a garden, balcony or patio at the cottage, you
may assume there is also garden furniture.
Information books and leaflets are in all the cottages.
Telephones: Some cottages have telephones. If not there is normally
good mobile phone reception.
Cots and High Chairs are available in some cottages free of
charge (please check when booking).
Bed linen is always included in the rental, tea towels are
provided, and personal towels can be hired on request.
Electricity is included in the rental at all but two of our properties
Time of year: most of the cottages are open all year round, and
out-of-season weeks in Cornwall can be delightful – and good value! The
October evening light in this part of Cornwall is magic, and the flowers
and shrubs in spring are a picture! If
