South Forda is situated in 10 acres of secluded and tranquil Cornish Countryside bordering the river. It is a haven for wildlife and boasts many varieties of birds and wild flowers. It also includes 2 fishing ponds within the peaceful conservation area. To stay here is to experience the countryside literally on your doorstep.

South Forda House is in charming palladian style and set in an acre of landscaped gardens.

All 4 south facing lodges are well spaced and thoughtfully decorated and furnished, set in their own private gardens or decking area with seating to enjoy the scenery.

The accommodation at South Forda is presented to a high standard, both South Forda House and Pengelly are ETC rated 4 star, and the other lodges are ETC 3 star rated.

All 5 properties have a wireless broadband connection, travel cot & highchair are available and bed linen is included. One small pet is permitted in the Kingfisher lodge.

Within our 10 acres of grounds at South Forda we have a large conservation area which includes 2 coarse fishing ponds. If you enjoy nature and wildlife your stay will be enhanced by a walk amongst the many species of trees, wildflowers, birds and insects we have here. Guests have also spotted deer and otters. Fishing is exclusive to guests staying at South Forda.
