This cottage offers an extremely comfortable and delightful holiday base at the most south westerly tip of England. Private parking outside of cottage. Close by are places like Sennen Cove with a beach one mile long, Lands End, Porthcurno and the famous Minack theatre, Lamorna Cove, Mousehole, and St Ives.

N.B. Additional bed and breakfast accommodation can be provided at the adjoining farmhouse.

We are pleased to send you details of this lovely, mid-nineteenth century, semi-detached cottage adjoining a mid eighteenth century farmhouse, now fully and sympathetically restored with beamed ceilings, oil fired central heating and all modern comforts and conveniences. Accommodation consists of:
	Entrance porch with fitted washer/dryer, spacious lounge/diner with exposed timber beamed ceiling, slate hearth, T.V. and mini hi-fi, small fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, microwave.
	A narrow, wooden staircase to first floor landing leading to a double bedroom, single bedroom and shower bathroom. Sleeps 3, upstairs. A comfortable bed-settee in the lounge sleeps a further two adults.
All bedrooms have a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Duvets and all bed linen supplied - bring own towels and soaps. The cottage is fully carpeted and displays a fair quantity of pictures and homely furnishings having been fully revamped in mid 2003 to a very high standard so almost everything is new.
