Brook House is a delightful little house situated above Gwenver Beach, Whitesands Bay, Sennen. It is ideal for the perfect beach holiday, you can walk down to the beach and leave the car at home. As well as a great base for exploring this beautiful Lands End peninsular.

The house itself has parking for one car beside the property. There is a little garden to the rear, which catches the sun most of the day, and is just big enough to enjoy sitting at a table. The views from the front of the property are over to Sennen Cove and the Atlantic Ocean.

On entering the house there is an enclosed porch, with ample space for shoes, coats, buckets and spades and of course surf boards.

On entering the hall there are a few steps down which lead to the kitchen, diner. A twin room and a shower room with toilet and sink, which also contains the washing machine and tumble drier. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, etc. and is large enough to enjoy dining in as well.

The twin room has fitted wardrobes, and shelves, as well as chest of drawers between the beds. There is a small hall which leads to the side door, and beside the garage there is a washing line to hang out clothes.

Going back up the stairs, there is another small flight of stairs, which lead to a bathroom, with shower, bath, sink and toilet.

The lounge looks out to the front of the property and is sunny and comfortable, with television and dvd.

From the lounge you enter the large double bedroom.

All the rooms have fitted carpet, and curtains and vertical blinds.

Brook House is let Friday to Friday. Linen, bathmats and teatowels are provided but not towels. A welcome pack is provided for your arrival of Tea, milk, sugar and biscuits. Prices are inclusive, there are no meters. Sorry no pets. We also have another property next door which sleeps 6, and the Lookout the other side which sleeps 2/3.
