<p>Two self-contained cottages recently converted to a very high standard
set in the beautiful valley at Ardevora. Situated on the lovely Roseland
Peninsular near the picturesque village of Philleigh between Tregony and
St Mawes. There is access to the upper reaches of the River Fal with spectacular
views along the river and over Lamorran Woods. There is a private foreshore
with canoes and a small dinghy available for guests at no extra charge.

Access to the properties is via an unmade road of approximately one mile,
which offers complete seclusion and yet the county cathedral city of Truro
is only 25 minutes away. Ardevora has a private supply of excellent drinking
