The house is elegantly decorated and furnished and has
double or single bedrooms available to accommodate a person or persons
looking for a short term stay where they have the privacy of their own
room and still have the availability of the farmhouse kitchen and other
facilities to allow them to cater for themselves. There is a warm friendly
atmosphere to make the shyest of guest feel welcome.

Now no longer a farm, the area, although still surrounded
by woods and fields, contains a small "Hamlet" of eight properties. It
is a secluded and select area approached by a private lane from the PENZANCE
bypass. . |

The centre of Penzance is within easy walking distance
of Rosehill and can be reached in 15 mins from the accommodation by
footpath. There are also other footpaths leading from the area to sites
of interest and beauty such as Trengwainton Gardens, Trewidden Gardens,
Penzance Harbour and Madron Carn.
