sailing waters, wonderful beaches and mile upon mile of

store, newsagent, post office, butcher, a pub and playing
field; the Pandora Inn is a further mile away by road or
can be reached by water.

with parking in the gated courtyard, access to the cottage
is across the lower lawns of the house. Laze on the terrace
as you watch the yachts and fishing boats plying up and
down the river. The Little Cottage is an ideal retreat for
couples wanting to get away from it all.

to appeal to the yachting and boating enthusiast; there
are also several beaches and numerous gardens worth a visit
within a thirty minuet drive, which makes this cottage an
excellent touring base for both the north and south coasts
of Cornwall. The centre of Falmouth with its wide variety
of shops and pubs is just five minutes stroll away, from
which there are also regular passenger ferries which run
both to Flushing, St. Mawes and up the River Fal.
