This tranquil cottage is situated on the edge of Mylor creek; with views both up towards the village and the Carrick Roads. The sheltered sailing waters, wonderful beaches and mile upon mile of coastal walks makes this an ideal base for exploring Cornwall. The village is just a short distance away and has a general store, newsagent, post office, butcher, a pub and playing field; the Pandora Inn is a further mile away by road or can be reached by water.

Hiraeth is a one bedroom character property arranged over three floors and situated next door to Trenewth. The approach to the front door is through a picturesque lych-gate and a small, secluded subtropical garden, where there is also a covered terrace.

This is a truly exceptional Little Cottage, which is found in the gardens of Little Falmouth House, situated right on the waters edge, offering panoramic views down the river to Falmouth. Approached by a private drive with parking in the gated courtyard, access to the cottage is across the lower lawns of the house. Laze on the terrace as you watch the yachts and fishing boats plying up and down the river. The Little Cottage is an ideal retreat for couples wanting to get away from it all.

Smugglers is a double fronted stone cottage which is approached down a private lane near Helston, forming part of a small collection of six individually owned renovated farm buildings.

Falmouth is renowned for its watersports facilities and is bound to appeal to the yachting and boating enthusiast; there are also several beaches and numerous gardens worth a visit within a thirty minuet drive, which makes this cottage an excellent touring base for both the north and south coasts of Cornwall. The centre of Falmouth with its wide variety of shops and pubs is just five minutes stroll away, from which there are also regular passenger ferries which run both to Flushing, St. Mawes and up the River Fal.
