and comprises a large lounge with TV, Sky, DVD/video and
music centre, two king bedrooms and a single, large kitchen/diner
with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and
tumble dryer, bathroom, additional shower room and large
sunny conservatory. |
| There is a decked area with table
and chairs off the conservatory and another sunbathing
patio with sun loungers. The large garden, both patio
areas, lounge and bedrooms all have views to the sea.

| The beautiful beach at Praa Sands
is an attractive ten/fifteen minute walk from Trerowton
with a path all the way. |
| Praa Sands has a pub, restaurant,
beach café, post office/general store, surf school, large
gift/hardware store and plenty of parking right by the
beach. |
| Lovely costal walks can be taken in
either direction from Praa Sands. Walk to Porthleven or
Marazion and catch the bus back. It will drop you off
a few minutes walk from Trerowton. |
