The property is surrounded by a Cornish style wall and is gated for privacy and security. Garaging for 2 cars. Inside, the décor is contemporary with a fresh, seaside feel. The accommodation is arranged on three floors with light, modern wood floors. Bay House has full central heating, telephone for incoming and emergency calls, and is furnished to a very high standard. Here there is a dining table seating 10 people, plus more sofas in which to relax. The immaculate shaker style KITCHEN has a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and halogen hob. Just through the kitchen is a large family GAMES ROOM with additional TV and VCR ensuring there is something to do in all weathers. There is a further WC on this floor. |

Second Floor Two TWIN BEDDED rooms each with an en-suite bathroom and amazing bay views. Bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels. Bay House is a no- smoking property and we regret we cannot accept pets. Bay House will suit a discerning larger-sized family and is also perfect for two families holidaying together.
