Built by a former sea captain, Kipper Cottage is in the heart of the Port Isaac conservation area in the old village near the harbour. Close to the infamous squeeze belly alley, Kipper Cottage is situated on a pedestrian thoroughfare making it ideal for children to play and remain safe whilst adults relax on the patio.

The cottage has a fully fitted modern kitchen with integrated appliances including dishwasher, fridge and microwave. There is a utility / laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. The cottage boasts 1 king size bedroom with an en-suite toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom and 1 bunk bedroom. The new family bathroom has a large bath and thermostatic shower. The living room is the perfect place to relax whatever the weather with a log burning stove, widescreen TV, DVD, CD, Freesat Sky and a selection of board games and books.

The cottage benefits from full central heating and rental rates include all electricity etc. Each bedroom has duvets but linen and towels are not included. Should you wish we can arrange bed linen for a small charge. The cottage is no smoking and pets are not accepted.

Port Isaac is an idyllic fishing village hidden away in the cliffs of North Cornwall. The village is filled with pretty white washed fisherman’s cottages which are reached by a maze of ‘smugglers’ alleys. The harbour and beach always have something to attract the visitors, be it sunbathing, fishing, gazing in the rock pools or simply listening to the sounds of the waves. Music and singing is regularly enjoyed on the Platt in the summer months and the floral dance is still carried out every week up the hill.

There are plenty of restaurants and shops in Port Isaac along with a small supermarket, fish mongers and pubs. For those wanting to explore Rock with it’s beaches and sailing is about 10 minutes away, Padstow, the foodie heaven, is about 20 minutes away and for surfers Polzeath is about 10 minutes away and Newquay about 25 minutes. The famous Eden project is less than 1 hour away.
