Four good sized double bedrooms, two of which have 6' double
beds and two with standard doubles. All have open-beamed ceilings
and wooden floors. Three have TV with Sky.
Bathrooms
Two of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, a third has
an adjacent shower-room (all with wc's) and there is a large
family bathroom with claw-foot Victorian roll-top bath and
separate tiled shower. There is also a boiler/laundry room
with w/m.
Kitchen
The modern fitted kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge,
freezer, microwave cooker and large oak dining table.
Living
rooms
The 1,000 sq ft living area is both spacious and comfortable
and includes large TV with Sky, DVD player and a pool table.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid
service
Bed linen is included, but towels are not. Whilst the property
is self catering, a cleaning/laundry service is available
at an additional cost.
Amenities/facilities
Hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing
machine, iron/ironing board, satellite tv, tv, telephone,
central heating, barbecue, pets accepted.
Notes
on accommodation
The property enjoys gas central heating, a large open fire
in the living room and a log burner in the master bedroom.
Accessibility
There are steps leading from the parking area up to the house
which may make this property unsuitable for the elderly, disabled
or very young children.
Outside
The court-yard terrace is a very pleasant place in which to
relax. There is a barbecue, large dining table with seating
for eight and six sun-loungers. This area is very sheltered
and completely private. The garden beyond consists of a small
lawned area with shrubs and trees but is not suitable for
children to play in.
