Our beautifully furnished and well-equipped modern two, three
and four bedroom villas offer the height of self-catering
luxury. Features include TV and video, Economy 7 night storage
heaters at no cost, and well-appointed high quality kitchen.
Each villa has a private garden with barbeque, together with
a balcony and patio area. In addition, every property has
at least one designated parking bay adjoining the villa.

LEISURE
From local leisure facilities to further afield... there's plenty
to do. There are excellent holiday watersport facilities close by
- surfing at Polzeath, windsurfing at Daymer Bay or sailing and waterskiing
at Rock. Polzeath Beach has been awarded a Blue Flag for cleanliness.
Padstow is just across the water. For golfers there are a number of
excellent golf courses nearby all between 5 and 30 minutes drive away.

ABOUT
North Cornwall is a holiday playground. Areas of Outstanding
Natural Beauty, wonderful beaches, cliffs and moorland.
There are several excellent golf
clubs close by: St. Enodoc, Trevose, Roserrow and Bowood Park
are all between 5 and 30 minutes drive away.
From the nearby market town of Wadebridge,
you can walk or cycle along the scenic Camel Trail that runs
beside the lovely Camel estuary to Padstow - the fishing village
which boasts the world renowned Rick Stein's Seafood restaurant
and other attractions.
Visit Rock and Port Isaac. View the
magnificent cliffs at Bedruthan Steps.
Further afield you could take a trip
to St. Ives, for many years the inspiration of artists and
sculptors, and now the home of the Tate Modern gallery. Or
visit the cathedral city of Truro.
No holiday in Cornwall would be complete
without a visit to the Lost Gardens of Heligan or the Eden
Project - 'the eighth wonder of the world!'
