| The Living Room - The living
room has a wonderful view of the beach and Stepper Island and
a sliding door leads out on to the front patio. The front room
is equipped with a TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi. Heating is provided
by a wood burning stove and central heating with the whole house
being fully double glazed. Manna Place has normal mobile telephone
reception. |
| The Kitchen Diner - The Kitchen
Diner has a fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer,
microwave, electric cooker, fridge freezer, coffee maker and
plenty of plates and cooking equipment. There is a separate
dining area and door to rear gardens and patio. |
| Main Bedroom - The Double bedroom
has views into the back garden, plenty of draws and cupboard
space and a half length mirror. |
| Second Bedroom - Bedroom 2
has a full size twin beds and bunk beds suitable for children
(2’6”x 5'), all with duvets. |
| Bathroom - The light and airy
family bathroom has a spacious walk-in electric shower cubicle
and includes heated towel rails and an illuminated mirror. The
air spa bath has sky views from the skylight above. |
| The Front Garden - has a large
sun patio with garden furniture. The view looks out over the
sea and beach and shrubs surround the patio making it idea for
evening B.B.Q's. The Drive has parking for two cars. |
| The Back Garden - The house
also has a patio at the rear which catches the morning sun.
The lawn is surrounded by mature shrubs and has a secluded meditation
garden. The pretty well stocked rear garden is safe for young
children to play in as the side gates can be shut. |

| At Rock (3 miles away) you can learn to sail
or water ski, play golf, take a fishing trip or you can catch
the ferry to Padstow where you can take the ‘Jubilee Queen’
out to Puffin Island or take a speedboat trip around the Camel
Estuary. |
| The Eden Project, the Lost garden of Helligan,
The National Trust's Lanhydrock House are all in driving distance
for a good day out and are open all year. |

| Daymer Bay (1 mile away) is great for wind and
kite surfing. This long sandy beach is ideal for young children as
the sea doesn't have the surf, with plenty of rock pools at low tide.

| The Camel Trail is a 15 mile track from Padstow
to Wentford and can be walked or cycled, it follows the Camel estuary
so there's plenty of wild life to spot. |
