Whitegate Annexe lies right in the heart of Polgooth a beautiful Cornish village. The village is surrounded by rolling countryside and the holiday accommodation is situated just a few yards from the local shop, which serves everything from freshly baked bread to provisions, having a cash machine and a post office counter. The local pub is approximately 100 yards walk where excellent food is served and children are welcome in the family room.

The accommodation comprises of a large double bedroom with pine furniture and a colour TV. Comfortable beamed lounge with feature stone fireplace, colour TV and video. Very spacious fully fitted beamed kitchen including microwave, fridge, electric cooker with extractor hood, automatic washer/drier and dinning area with table and chairs. Toilet with basin and separate fully tiled shower room. Electricity is metered and is read on arrival and prior to departure, payable before departure.

The world renowned Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan, the historic port of Charlestown where majestic square riggers still berth, Pentewan Sands with its water sports and cycle trail, the quaint fishing village of Mevagissey and excellent golf courses, are all within a five mile radius by road. St Austell town is a two-mile drive, or for more shops, Truro is approximately twenty minutes by car. Cornwall’s largest indoor market is just a short drive away and is open every weekend.
