Treth (pronounced Treeth) Cottage is early Victorian, charming, well appointed, and in a quiet location. The superb, sandy, surfing beach is approximately 150 metres away along a footpath and the shops, Post Office, restaurants and pubs are also very close. It has a sheltered, enclosed, southerly facing garden at the front and a small lawn at the back with clothes line and car park. The cottage is spacious and comfortable consisting of two bedrooms with double beds and a third with two single beds. Both the dining room and the sitting rooms have open beamed ceilings. The lavatory and shower room are separate. There is a good sized kitchen with ample cupboard space an electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer and iron. Treth cottage has fitted carpets, Economy Seven electricity, storage heaters and secondary and double glazed windows making it ideal for holidays at any time of the year. All blankets, duvets, pillows, china, cooking utensils, cutlery and a television, video player and DVD player are provided. There is a telephone for incoming calls. Perranporth is not only a very popular family resort but also an ideal centre for touring Cornwall. It is well known for its two and a half miles of sandy beach, rock pools, sand dunes, dramatic cliffs and coastal walks.
